SPACE 101.1 FM is a nonprofit, non-commercial radio station. We exist for you, and because of you. In fact, more than 90% of our funding comes from listeners – people from our community – that believe in what we do and appreciate the unique music and information we provide 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year long. You make this possible!

Your donation helps us grow

We have big plans for 2024, including:

  • Magnuson Park Live: Expand our live music series Magnuson Park Live to provide even more frequent and varied musical programs in Magnuson Park.
  • Teen Radio Summer Camp: Pilot a weeklong summer camp for high school students and young adults, providing learning opportunities and hands on practice in radio broadcasting.
  • New Website: Upgrade our web site to provide better streaming, more content, and to make available archives of all programs heard on SPACE 101.1 FM for on-demand streaming.
  • Broadcast Equipment Updates: Repair some of our broadcast equipment to ensure optimal operation. Purchase new equipment for field recording and remote broadcast.
  • Support Local Artists: Continue playing an active role supporting emerging, independent artists and bands from Seattle and the Northwest.
